Transparent by design
One case, one payer — never both. Clinic treatment fees are always paid by you, directly to the clinic, and how our coordination is covered is stated in writing before you commit.
— never charged from both sides.A quiet concierge for plastic surgery and dermatology in Seoul — one coordinator, from first message to full recovery.

We are not a clinic.
We are the quiet between you and Seoul's best medicine.
Much of Seoul's medical tourism runs on hidden commissions — agencies earn a percentage of whatever you spend, so quotes inflate and hard questions go unasked. We built the opposite model.
One case, one payer — never both. Clinic treatment fees are always paid by you, directly to the clinic, and how our coordination is covered is stated in writing before you commit.
— never charged from both sides.Clinics can't buy placement on our shortlists. Every recommendation passes our vetting standard — licensing, who actually operates, revision policy, and how foreign patients are treated after payment.
— the question most agencies hope you never ask.No group tours, no clinic vans, no being handed between staff. One coordinator, one private channel, and a schedule built around your recovery — not a sales itinerary.
— discretion is the default, not an upgrade.
Before you book anything with anyone — including us — this is the comparison we believe every patient should see.
"Typical agency" reflects common industry practice, not any specific company. Some agencies do work transparently — ask them the same questions you'd ask us.
We don't cover every specialty in Korea — only plastic surgery, dermatology and aesthetics, where clinic choice, timing and aftercare make the biggest difference.
Consultation routing for eyes, nose, facial contouring, lifting, breast and revision cases — quotes compared line by line before anything is booked.
Laser, pigmentation, acne scarring, pores, redness and lifting-device programs, sequenced so downtimes never collide.
Conservative briefing for toxin, filler, collagen stimulators and skin boosters — product and dosage transparency, consent translated.
The part most people underestimate — the days between treatment and your flight home, mapped before treatment starts.
Most patients arrive with screenshots and conflicting clinic lists. Choose the route closest to your plan — this is how we'd structure it.
For patients comparing eyelid, rhinoplasty, contouring, lifting or revision plans. We sequence two to three doctor consultations before anything is booked, compare quotes line by line, and lock the surgery date only when recovery fits your return flight.
Day 1 — consultations · Day 2–3 — decide, never rushed · Day 4 — procedure · Day 5+ — recovery & checks

Before any clinic reaches your shortlist, we check the things that are hard to verify from abroad — and easy for a clinic to gloss over.
However your journey is arranged, our coordination is covered once — never from both sides of the same case. Whatever applies to you is stated in writing at your consultation, before you commit to anything. Clinic treatment fees always go directly to the clinic.
— the details, in plain writing, at your consult.
Low-downtime trips focused on laser, pigmentation, pores, boosters and glow maintenance.

Full coordination for surgical patients — first brief to post-op checks and flight-safe clearance.

The entire visit handled — airport to departure, in complete privacy.
Share goals, photos if relevant, dates, budget range and privacy needs through one secure channel.
A vetted clinic shortlist with our reasoning — plus our own fee, fixed in writing.
We book, accompany and interpret. After each consult: comparison notes, not sales pressure.
Transport, timing, consent translation, direct clinic payment, pharmacy, first-night check-in.
Post-op visits, swelling-care rhythm, flight-safe clearance — and clinic liaison after you're home.
Groggy, swollen, in a hotel room at midnight with instructions in Korean — that's the moment most services disappear. It's the moment we plan for from day one.
Your coordinator stays reachable through recovery — no call centers, no re-explaining your case.
Check-up visits, medication times, swelling care and rest days scheduled before treatment starts.
We stay your liaison with the clinic for questions, photos and check-ins after you fly home.
I started this service after watching too many visitors pay foreigner prices for rushed decisions. A clinic's job is to treat you well. An agency's job — too often — is to deliver you to whoever pays them most.
Seoul has world-class medicine. What patients lack is someone on their side of the table.
That is the entire job: prepare the right questions, compare the real numbers, sit beside you in the consult room, and still answer the phone a month after you're home.
The quote comparison alone saved me more than the concierge fee. Two clinics, same procedure, 40% price difference — I'd never have seen that from Singapore.

What I remember is the first night after surgery. A message at 11pm asking how the swelling felt, and the exact answer on what was normal.
No pressure at any point. When one clinic pushed a same-day deposit, my coordinator simply said we'd sleep on it. We didn't go back — and that told me everything.
Details shared with each client's written permission. Names abbreviated for privacy.
The best outcomes in Seoul belong to patients who arrive prepared.
Gangnam · Apgujeong · CheongdamThese are the questions we think you should ask any concierge — with our answers.
Simply: one case, one payer. Depending on the clinic and the journey, our coordination is covered either by you or by the clinic — never both on the same case, and never as a hidden markup on your treatment quote. Whatever applies to your case is put in writing at your consultation, before you commit. Clinic treatment fees are always paid by you, directly to the clinic.
No. Clinics can't buy a place on our shortlists. We build a shortlist per case from clinics that pass our vetting standard — licensing, operating-surgeon confirmation, itemized quotes, written revision policy, and a real foreign-patient follow-up record.
No — and you should walk away from anyone who says yes. Aesthetic outcomes vary by patient, and only a licensed physician can assess suitability and risk. What we do guarantee is process: vetted options, honest interpretation, itemized quotes and structured aftercare.
It's when the surgeon you consulted isn't the one who operates — a documented problem in Korean cosmetic surgery. Our vetting requires operating-surgeon confirmation, and we help you put it in your consent paperwork. You can also request the clinic's operating-room CCTV policy; Korean law requires cameras in operating rooms of many facilities.
Often, but sequence matters — some lasers and injectables conflict with surgical recovery. We map what can happen before, during and after recovery, then have the plan confirmed by the clinics involved before anything is booked.
You contact your coordinator — the same person, same channel. We liaise with the clinic on revisions, medication questions and follow-up photos, and help you understand the clinic's written revision and complication policy that we reviewed before you paid.
Yes. Private intake, one controlled communication channel, no group tours, and nothing about your case is shared or published without your written permission. Discretion is a design principle here, not an add-on.
No obligation, no sales sequence. You'll receive an honest reply about whether — and how — we can help.
